  1. What is different about Command Spanish® Online courses?

  2. How is taking an internet course different from taking classroom instruction?
    Our online courses allow students to enroll at any time. There is no set schedule and no specific pace required. All courses are active for 120 days (4 months), and students may work through the course at their own convenience.
  3. I have never taken Spanish. Is that a problem?
    No. No prior knowledge of Spanish is required.
  4. Are bulk discounts available?
    Yes. If you would like to purchase 10 or more of the same course, contact us by completing the online form on the Help page.
  5. I have been given an Activation Code. How do I redeem and use it?
    The Activation Code is displayed in five groups separated by hyphens for a total of 36 characters. For example: 550e8400-e29b-41d4-a716-446655440000
    To use the Activation Code, enter it in the appropriate box at the top of the page and click "Submit." No other login and password information is needed at this time to activate your code. You will be asked to create this information during registration.

  6. Can I give a course as a gift?
    Yes. Simply choose the “Gift Certificate” option in our course catalog.
  7. How do I redeem a course that has been gifted to me?
    You will purchase a course like normal in the course catalog.  When you reach the checkout, you can use your gift certificate code to redeem your gift.
  8. How do I login once I’m registered?
    In the appropriate boxes at the top of the page, enter the e-mail address and password you created when you first registered for the course. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

  10. Can I cancel the class for a refund?
    Our courses are 100% guaranted. We only offer refunds in the event of technical dificulties that cannot be resolved.

      Yes, Command Spanish Inc.® will never release any personal information for any reason.
    3. When will my credit card be charged?
      Immediately, once the enrollment process is complete.
    4. How do I register?
      Simply choose the “Add To Cart” option on the course description page and complete the appropriate check-out options.

    5. When is registration open?
      Registration is open 24/7. You may enroll in courses at any time, day or night.

    6. If I have trouble registering, who should I contact?

    7. I forgot my password, what do I do?
      Your login e-mail address is required to retrieve your password. If you have forgotten your password, click here to submit your request.     COURSE INFORMATION

    1. How long do I have to complete the course?
      The courses are active for 120 days (4 months) from the date of enrollment.

    2. Will I have an instructor for these courses?
      No. However, if you encounter difficulties or have specific language or technical questions, contact us by completing the online form on the Help page.

    3. Do I need to purchase any materials to take an online course?
      No. The course content will be presented to you online. However, upon completion of a course, you will be given the option to purchase support materials that coordinate with that course.

    4. Will I receive a Certificate of Completion?
      Yes. Once you have successfully completed the course, you will be given the option to download and print a Certificate of Completion.

    5. How do I access my course?
      Use the e-mail address and password that you created during registration to login at the top of the page. You will be taken directly to the course(s) in which you are enrolled.

    6. When does my course begin?
      Your course is available immediately upon completion of the enrollment process.
